About the project
The Chywoon Hill site in Newlyn presented both topographical and planning policy challenges.
The design aimed to balance buildability and deliverability while meeting strict briefing requirements for square footage and number of bedrooms. Full planning permission was successfully secured for this site, where previous schemes and applicants had failed. The approved design will be developed into a family holiday home.
