Serving small to medium residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial schemes, we have managed a variety of projects across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Avon, Somerset, Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
Our offices are located at The Site - a purpose-designed contemporary workspace and event venue in the heart of the Kingsditch Estate in Cheltenham. The building is home to a network of independent construction, property, and design companies and professionals who regularly collaborate with The Site Projects team.

Jamie Barnfield - Development Director
Jamie leads development management, from coordinating design teams through to planning promotion and option agreements.
With a background in project and programme management, he oversees stakeholder engagement and external communications, driving complex developments from concept to completion. With a passion for development identity and placemaking, Jamie is committed to creating high-quality developments that meet both commercial objectives and community needs.
Charley Barnfield - Finance and Investment Director
Charley is an experienced Finance and Investment Director well versed in creating development appraisals and considered business plans.
Specialising in development finance management, Charley applies prudent budgeting and cost control, ensuring projects remain commercially viable and financially sustainable. With a focus on financial forecasting and cash flow management, his insights balance risk and reward to deliver long-term value for stakeholders and investors.
